Dear Jingle saar, I dont follow the caste system when I say brahmins, kshatriyas etc. these are varnas. Brahmana is not a caste. I dont know how many brahmans are there. Brahmans by definition are good, compassionate people, satvic, intellectuals. Kshatriyas are warriors etc etc. These are not by birth. There is no brahman, nonbrahman clasification by government even. There are no vaishya, nonvaishyas either. There are thousands of castes. Only four varnas according to shastras. Shastra never talks of caste ever. Never anywhere to support caste. Castes are different from varna. You say these are junkies. But then chatterjee "quotes" them to support his so called statements. Why do people misquote them including EVR? Why do they misquote Manu and all shastras? Do they want to tell lies to gain support? Regards |
